Our energetic Chair has loved being in the bush all her life, having grown up holidaying in the mallee of Yorke Peninsula. She spent a valuable period working in natural resource management in the Mid North, getting to know farmers and NRM workers in the region while running a small-holding of beef and vines near Auburn. Her organising skills were honed as a manager of community health teams in the mid-North and she is also currently actively involved with her local environmental and sustainability groups around Willunga.

Brian has been interested in all aspects of natural history, particularly birds, since primary school. He worked in the information technology sector for most of his working life but more recently has carried out vegetation and bird surveys as a contractor for the South Australian Environment Department. Worlds End Conservation benefits greatly from both Brian’s knowledge of birds and his IT skills.
With a long background in environmental property acquisition for SA’s Environment Department, Peter contributes his invaluable skills to the acquisition and management of our properties. His enormous energy, practical skills and dedication to Worlds End also mean our working bees are highly effective as well as enjoyable!
